» Payment
All customers must pre-pay forall products. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. COD is available only to approved, enabled accounts and a COD charge will apply. Sorry, we do not accept check or money orders through our website.

» Returns/Cancellations
All returns must be authorized and approved by Bolt Motorcycle Hardware. Return requests must be made within 15 days after receiving order, and may be subject to a small restocking fee. We do not refund shipping charges. All approved returns must be returned to Bolt Motorcycle Hardware in unused, unaltered condition, with original packaging. For orders refused at time of delivery customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee as well as any return shipping charges.

» Shipping Damages
All shipments from Bolt Motorcycle Hardware are insured up to $100. Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, note the specific damage on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Contact Bolt Motorcycle Hardware within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim.

» Warranty/Liability
Bolt Motorcycle Hardware will not be held liable for misuse or improper installation of our fasteners nor will Bolt Motorcycle Hardware be held liable for any damages or injury as a result of the installation of these products. Please consult your motorcycle manufacturer if you have any questions regarding proper placement or spec requirements.

» Shipping and Backorders
In stock products will typically ship within 48 hours of order completion.

All prices on this site are subject to verification during order process. Prices incorrectly displayed due to typographical errors are subject to change. In the event of of a typographical error occurring, you will be notified and will have the option to cancel the order..
